The Nepal clinic costs $12,141. Here is why we are only asking for $7,175

In November 2027, four days in Kathmandu will bring together around seventy women and girls for football coaching, leadership work, and hands-on AI literacy. The whole thing costs $12,141, or NPR 18,08,940. We are asking the public for $7,175 of it.
The gap is deliberate. Category A of the budget, international trainer airfare and accommodation, comes to $4,966. Statloba For Good pays that from our own General Fund. It is the single largest category, and it is the one a donor would most reasonably ask hard questions about, so we take it off your bill and show it to you anyway.
What is left is the clinic on the ground, in four categories. Participant and coach travel, $1,530: the coach from Kapilvastu, shared guesthouse lodging for the girls and their chaperones, bus fares for coaches travelling in from Udaypur and Surkhet. Venue, supplies and meals, $2,154: the hall and futsal court for four days, a projector and Wi-Fi and bilingual workbooks, lunch and two tea breaks for about sixty people each day, and footballs, cones, bibs and certificates.
Local personnel and stipends, $832: a bilingual facilitator who bridges English and Nepali, a small stipend for seven WE United coaches whose weekly sessions lose income while they are here, and a part-time logistics coordinator. Safeguarding, documentation and monitoring, $805: on-site first aid and group accident insurance for the minors attending, a photographer and editing so there is something honest to report with, and pre and post surveys plus translation for the funder report.
The arithmetic, in the open: direct programme costs $10,289, plus 10% contingency ($1,029), plus 8% admin overhead ($823), giving $12,141. Minus the $4,966 we cover, leaving the $7,175 ask.
We publish the contingency and the overhead rather than folding them into the line items, because clinics in three countries' worth of logistics do not run to the rupee, and pretending otherwise would just mean a quieter kind of inaccuracy.
