Privacy Policy

Statloba For Good ("SFG", "we") collects the minimum personal information needed to process your donation, send your receipt, and give you access to the donor dashboard. Donor privacy is part of our transparency promise: we're open about money and careful with people.

What we collect

• When you donate: your email address, donation amount, and the project or line item you designated. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. They never touch our servers.
• When you use the dashboard: your sign-in email and your own giving history.
• When you join the mailing list, offer to volunteer, or ask about a partnership: your email address, and anything else you chose to tell us in the form (name, organization, message). Only the Statloba For Good team can read those entries.
• When you browse: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and roughly where in the world you are. See Analytics below, including how to opt out.

What we do with it

• Send your donation receipt and a thank-you naming what you funded.
• Give you dashboard access to track your gifts and our spending.
• Send project updates and reports for the projects you've supported.
• Reply to you about volunteering or a partnership, and send mailing-list updates if you asked for them.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information.
• Publish your name if you chose to give anonymously. Not anywhere, not ever.
• Put personal information or donation amounts in URLs.
• Send manipulative fundraising communications.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your gift and its designation, not your card details.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: which pages are read, which projects people look at, and where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including a shortened version of your IP address. We use it to decide what to write and what to fix, not to identify you, and we never connect it to your donation record or your dashboard.

You can opt out for every site at once with Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser or an extension. Nothing on this site stops working if you do, including donating and signing in to your dashboard.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, at any time: hello@statlobaforgood.com. Records we're legally required to keep (like donation records for tax purposes) are retained as required by law.
